Patient Services Representative / Medical Scheduler

Overview:

Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks accomplished Patient Services Representative / Medical Scheduler .

*** Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship ***

*** Location: San Mateo, CA 94403

*** Duration: 4 weeks which will be extended for another 3 months, may convert to FTE role

Notes:

• 100% onsite role.
• Work Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM.

Description:

• Check in patients, Schedule follow ups, Make reminder calls to patients, Print, fax, etc.
• Estimated number of patients in clinic per day or calls per day if call center: 80 - 100 calls per day.

Qualifications:

• Great customer service, friendly, problem solver.
• Strongly prefer Apex trained/experienced candidates.
