Work Environment

This position is located at our onsite surgical center, designed to create a productive yet relaxed atmosphere. The team comprises friendly and professionally trained staff members led by a Supervising Physician who is deeply committed to mentoring and enhancing the quality of care delivered. Our normal operating hours span Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts, granting our staff a desirable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Supervising Physician to deliver coordinated and comprehensive patient care, ensuring high-quality treatment plans are executed effectively.
• Coordinate with our internal support team, which includes other healthcare professionals and administrative staff, to manage patient appointments and streamline practice operations.
• Once fully trained, you will independently manage your own patient caseload, allowing you to build lasting relationships with patients while administering treatment and care.
• Assist the surgical team during procedures and follow up on post-operative care, monitoring the progress and recovery of our patients.
• Execute various clinical tasks as assigned, adapting to the daily needs of the practice and contributing to overall operational efficiency.
• Work a typical schedule running Monday through Thursday, with minimal hours required on Friday, facilitating a healthy work-life integration.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
