Our organization is expanding its Division of Rheumatology and is in search of a dedicated full-time Rheumatologist to enhance our academic practice, primarily located in Clear Lake, Texas.

This role presents a fantastic chance to become part of a collaborative academic rheumatology team that offers a well-rounded mix of clinical duties, teaching, research, and potential leadership roles.

• Academic faculty role focused on clinical practice, research, teaching, and administrative leadership, primarily in Clear Lake.
• Engage in a robust multidisciplinary collaboration across various subspecialties and departments, with strong support from fellows.
• Work schedule includes 9 half-day clinics each week.
• Participate in a growing consult service in Clear Lake, with opportunities for inpatient consultations.
• Access to substantial institutional resources, including dedicated nursing and specialty pharmacy support.
• Utilize Epic EMR with integrated Dragon AI and AI-assisted MyChart communication tools.
• Opportunities for administrative and leadership roles as physicians gain experience within the division.
• Recent fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply, with many new faculty members joining directly from fellowship programs.

• AAMC compensation benchmark for Assistant Professor to Associate Professor: approximately $239,663–$272,549.
• Additional earning potential through wRVU production, research, education, and administrative duties.
• Relocation assistance available up to $20,000.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
• Open to recent graduates from Rheumatology fellowship programs.
• Strong dedication to providing collaborative, high-quality patient care.
• Ability to secure and maintain the necessary medical licensure in Texas.
