Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and formulating treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of couples and families.

• Facilitating both joint sessions with couples and individual sessions with family members to assess their dynamics.
\n
• Addressing various family issues such as alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, blended family challenges, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to guide clients towards healthier family dynamics.

• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in a confidential and timely manner.
\n
• Participating in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse populations, ranging from adults to children and adolescents. Your expertise will be critical in addressing psychological issues related to parenting, family conflicts, mental health crises, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
