Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations by analyzing a patient's medical history, executing specific assessments, and formulating treatment recommendations, while meticulously documenting all findings.

• Communicate clearly with patients and their families about evaluation results and treatment plans, incorporating their feedback into goal setting to enhance compliance and outcomes.

• Implement individualized treatment protocols that adapt based on ongoing evaluations, patient progress, and evolving healthcare standards.

• Consult with other healthcare professionals whenever necessary, documenting any changes in patient conditions that may necessitate modifications to their care plans.

• Prepare comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring patients leave with a clear understanding of follow-up care and progress made during therapy, while maintaining precise and timely documentation of all patient interactions and care plans.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
