Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' mental health history and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and treatment goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through virtual sessions, focusing on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant therapeutic frameworks.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license in Mental Health Counseling (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
