People Operations Business Partner

Serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, the contract-to-hire People Operations Business Partner will focus on performance management, manager coaching, and employee relations while working remotely across various states. Key Responsibilities Advise leaders on employee relations matters including performance concerns and workplace conflict Coach managers on feedback delivery, documentation, and difficult employee conversations Conduct objective workplace investigations and collaborate with Leave and Accommodations teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3 to 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years in Employee Relations Experience in performance management, corrective actions, and workplace conflict resolution Strong understanding of employment law fundamentals and multi-state compliance Excellent judgment and documentation skills with the ability to influence leaders
