General Dentist Locum Tenens Opportunity in Cortland, NY
We are seeking a Dentist (DMD/DDS) for a locum tenens opportunity in Cortland, NY. This position allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry with a supportive clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with procedures including, but not limited to, surgical extractions and denture steps or digital dentures, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Dates: Nov 2-6
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8a-6p, Fri 7a-12p
Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour
Clinical Scope
- Including but not limited to: Surgical extractions, Denture steps/ Digital dentures, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning
- Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth.
Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.
Support Staff
- 3 DA, 1 RDH
Requirements
- Active New York dental license
- Active DEA with all schedules
- CSR if required by the state
- Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
