Provide strategic oversight and guidance to portfolio construction leaders on contracting strategy, subcontractor and self-perform execution models, schedule risk management, and proactive mitigation of critical path constraints to optimize portfolio performance. Identify opportunities, solve problems, and create greater value through disciplined execution.
