About the Role:

• We are seeking three detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to join our team at a leading timeshare company in Boca Raton.
• This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates who are organized, reliable, and comfortable working with documents and confidential information.
• Candidates with experience or educational backgrounds in banking, accounting, legal contracts, finance, or administrative support are encouraged to apply.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update information in company databases and systems.
• Review documents and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
• Process and organize contracts, financial records, and related documentation.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and follow up as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Perform data verification and quality-control checks.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as required.
• Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
• Background in banking, accounting, legal contracts, finance, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good computer and typing skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple documents and tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
