Position Overview

The Florence Medical Care Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our vibrant team located in Brooklyn, New York. This is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional outpatient pediatric care to children and their families. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pediatric assessments, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health conditions, including asthma, diabetes, and developmental disorders.
• Offer expert guidance to families on child growth, development milestones, and preventive care strategies, ensuring that parents feel empowered and informed.
• Utilize the clinic's EMR system to maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting continuity of care.
• Work closely with physicians, registered nurses, and ancillary medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans, fostering a cohesive approach to pediatric health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your key focus will be on pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence. Qualifications

• Current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

Compensation and Benefits

The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 150,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
