Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and make evidence-based diagnoses for patients presenting with diverse health concerns.

• Efficiently order and interpret diagnostic tests, and initiate appropriate medications and therapy regimens based on clinical guidelines.
• Educate patients and families on managing chronic conditions, including providing resources for medication adherence and post-discharge care.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary care rounds to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate electronic medical records to ensure continuity of care and facilitate communication within the healthcare team.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance services and adopt evidence-based practice guidelines.
• Remain informed about the latest advancements in nursing practices, healthcare laws, and technological innovations within the field.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 220,000 per year, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
