Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, perform physical examinations, and effectively diagnose both acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring that all patient care strategies are aligned.
• Order and meticulously interpret diagnostic tests, effectively utilizing results to prescribe appropriate medications and therapies.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management strategies, medication adherence, and care protocols post-discharge to ensure ongoing support and recovery.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records (EMR) using the latest software tools to ensure seamless communication and patient information tracking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be caring for a diverse patient demographic in an outpatient setting, focusing on both acute episodes and chronic conditions that require ongoing management. Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner and a valid state nursing license.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 220,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
