GTM Strategy & Operations Lead — AI-Driven Revenue

Benchling is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations lead to serve as the analytical and operational backbone of our AMER sales organization. You will own the operating cadence from annual planning to forecasting, pipeline health, and QBRs, while shaping how AI is applied across the GTM org.
This is a cross-functional role working with Marketing, Finance, Enablement, Deal Desk, and BI. You should thrive in ambiguity, own end-to-end rhythm, and help Benchling scale its go-to-market motion with
