Accounts Payable
LHH Recruitment is working with a company near Central Phoenix who is in search of a full time accounts payable candidate to join their team. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. The hourly rate is between $26/hr-$28/hr.

LHH Recruitment is working with a company near Central Phoenix who is in search of a full time accounts payable candidate to join their team. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. The hourly rate is between $26/hr-$28/hr.

Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
- Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate vendor records.
- Ensure invoices are coded correctly and entered into the appropriate general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Maintain organized AP files and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve payment issues in a timely manner.
- 3+ years of recent, full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
- Experience processing high-volume invoices(at least 100/day) is required.
- Experience working within a large ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, or similar is required.
- QuickBooks experience alone will not meet the requirements for this role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
