Realistic Manager compensation ranges $75K-$100K . Some earn more some earn less.

Established specialty retailer of products to meet the physical health needs of its clients is seeking a Store (Sales) Manager/Sales Professional for the Encinitas area. Our products are somewhat technical and require engaged interaction and the knowledge to make appropriate recommendations, which training assures.

 

The successful individual will possess:

· Experience in customer centric retail with the ability to deliver an uncompromising customer service level and experience.

· Strong communication and relationship building skills.

· Business maturity and professionalism.

· Ability to manage with minimal supervision.

· Ability to ask for the sale and close.

Some management experience is helpful but not necessary. Past successful candidates have had experience in furniture, mattress, DME, cosmetics, electronics, footwear, luxury clothing and accessories, medical related services, etc.

Experience with luxury or price points to $10K+ helpful. The key is delivering a customer centric experience and sale that meets the needs of the customer.

 

This position reports directly to senior leadership. In addition to health, dental, and vision, you’ll enjoy family friendly hours. Compensation consists of a base salary of $45K-$50K computed hourly plus commissions, and other incentives such as spiffs and store bonus. Realistic Manager compensation ranges $75K-$100K . Some earn more some earn less.
