Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new and returning patients to identify specific needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address individual goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to the unique circumstances of each individual, couple, or family.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, offering a platform for participants to share experiences, learn coping strategies, and foster community connections.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care and to coordinate treatment plans effectively.

• Respond to mental health crises with timely interventions, assessing immediate risks and implementing crisis management strategies as necessary.

• Provide education to patients about mental health conditions, various treatment modalities, and local community resources to empower and inform throughout the therapy process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
