Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy through live video sessions, focusing on adults experiencing a range of emotional disorders, particularly those navigating end-of-life issues.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and fellow therapists, to develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to continuously monitor and adapt treatment strategies, ensuring clients receive the most effective care possible.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus primarily on adult clients who are dealing with serious illnesses and the emotional complexities surrounding hospice care. Your clients may include individuals coping with terminal diagnoses, their families, and caregivers who require emotional support and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid independent clinical license (LCSW) in the state of New York; multi-state licensure is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology, along with a willingness to integrate digital solutions into your clinical practice.
