Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique challenges and set personalized wellness goals, paving the way for tailored mindfulness practices.

• Guide clients through structured mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and practical breathing techniques to foster heightened self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes centered around mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building techniques to create a supportive community.

• Incorporate mindfulness approaches into individual therapy sessions to specifically address the mental health concerns of clients, thereby supporting their journey towards healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
