Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing a range of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches based on therapeutic outcomes and evolving client needs.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
