Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

$1593.65/week - Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical specialty to provide high-quality patient care. This role requires recent clinical experience and a commitment to holiday coverage, ensuring comprehensive patient support. Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting, adhering to hospital protocols and standards. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Monitor patient vital signs, responses to treatments, and report changes to the healthcare team. Document patient information accurately within electronic health records. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control procedures. Participate in holiday coverage as required, working two major and one minor holiday per year. Qualifications: Hold an active and valid RN license. Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Medical Surgical setting. Maintain current AHA BLS certification. Demonstrate strong clinical skills and patient assessment capabilities. Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, with a professional attitude.
