We are seeking a high-caliber Clinical Account Manager based in United States to serve as the critical strategic bridge between our cutting-edge technology and real-world clinical operations. This is a unique, high-impact role designed for a professional who possesses a rare blend of enterprise relationship skills and sharp clinical intuition. In this position, you will not simply manage relationships; you will act as a trusted clinical consultant to hospital executives, nursing directors, and private practices. By understanding our clients' daily operational pain points, regulatory constraints, and patient care workflows, you will drive platform adoption, optimize virtual care delivery, and ensure our partners realize maximum clinical and financial ROI. Your medical background will give you the instant credibility needed to navigate change management, breakdown technological friction for physicians, and ultimately scale PsynergyHealth footprint throughout the market. Core Responsibilities 1. Strategic Account Management & Retention · Serve as the primary post-sale relationship owner for a dedicated portfolio of healthcare accounts across the Country. · Develop tailored account success plans to maximize platform utilization and clinical ROI. · Monitor client health metrics, proactively identifying at-risk accounts to implement mitigation strategies and minimize churn. · Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with healthcare executives and clinical directors. 2. Clinical Implementation & Workflow Optimization · Guide clinical teams through platform onboarding, mapping PsynergyHealth software into their existing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. · Translate clinical needs into technical configurations, ensuring smooth virtual care workflows for physicians and mid-level providers. · Provide clinical consultation to clients on best practices for virtual patient engagement, scheduling triage, and remote care delivery. 3. Cross-Functional Advocacy · Act as the internal "Voice of the Clinician," synthesizing feedback from the field to guide our product development and engineering teams. · Partner with the sales team to uncover organic expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. · Collaborate with marketing to develop clinical case studies and testimonials from successful client partners. Requirements & Qualifications Education & Credentials · Clinical Training Preferred: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or equivalent clinical background highly preferred. · Degree: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. Experience & Skills · Experience: 3–5 years of experience in healthcare account management, medical customer success, or clinical informatics. · Telehealth Expertise: Solid understanding of virtual care delivery models, synchronous/asynchronous telehealth, and remote patient monitoring (RPM). · Technical Savvy: Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and data analytics tools. · Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States for on-site client launches and executive meetings. Core Competencies · Clinical Credibility: Ability to speak the language of doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators with high authority. · Problem Solving: Skill in diagnosing complex systemic workflow bottlenecks and designing quick, elegant software workarounds. · Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills suited for C-suite alignment.
