Data Entry Specialist

Job Opportunity in Northborough, MAJoin our team in Northborough, MA, a charming town known for its rich history and vibrant community. This position involves intensive data entry work, primarily performed while seated, with occasional physical tasks involving document cartons.ResponsibilitiesEnter data from individual medical files into the database with a high frequency of keystrokes (10,000 kph) and 100% accuracy confirmed by 'double key' verification.Carry cartons weighing 30-50 lbs for distances up to 20 feet, approximately every 5-7 minutes.Lift and lower cartons from/to pallets and workstations, with lift heights ranging from 13" to 45".Return reviewed files to their boxes and transport them back to the pallet.QualificationsAbility to maintain a consistent high frequency of keystrokes with accuracy.Physical capability to carry and lift cartons as specified.Adherence to attire guidelines, ensuring presentable and appropriate clothing for the work environment.Compliance with safety footwear requirements, meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards with a slip-resistant rating of "Better or Best".Work ScheduleNormal work schedule is 5 days a week, 9 hours a day, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
