Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and assist in training of new salespeople
• Mentor and coach your sales team for success
• Oversee the sales team to ensure company standards and sales goals are being met
• Be able to step in and answer any customer questions in a professional and courteous manner
• Create a high-quality and professional experience for our customers
• Fill in and assist the finance department as needed
• Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications

• Must have a strong F&I special finance background
• Must have experience and proven track record
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Fantastic communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Positive attitude
• Automotive Sales Manager experience
• Clean driving record is a must
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
