Manufacturing Associates – Production & Machine Operations

Connecticut Shoreline | I-95 North Corridor
1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities | $16.94–$19.00/hour

Now Hiring Manufacturing Associates

We’re hiring dependable Manufacturing Associates for a variety of production and manufacturing positions along the Connecticut shoreline with convenient access to I-95 North.

These are hands-on opportunities for individuals with manufacturing experience, as well as candidates looking to get started in production. Positions and pay vary based on experience, shift, and job duties.

Available Positions May Include

• Production Associates – Perform hands-on production, assembly, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks.
• Machine Operators – Operate and monitor production machinery while maintaining quality and production standards.
• Process Technicians – Support manufacturing processes, loading and unloading ovens, staging and blending products. This role is primarily physically demanding production work.
• Additional manufacturing and production opportunities may be available.

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required for all positions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Some positions require heavy lifting and physical work

What We Offer

• $16.94–$19.00 per hour
