Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patient mobility, strength, and range of motion, identifying specific areas that require intervention.
• Develop individualized treatment protocols that are tailored to the needs of each patient, focusing on their rehabilitation goals and progress.
• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress continuously and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, effective home exercise strategies, and ongoing wellness initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care activities in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, with preference for candidates holding a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Licensure: An active and current Physical Therapist license for the state of Florida.
