Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions using video conferencing tools, helping clients address and manage their mental health challenges.

• Utilize standardized assessment tools to evaluate clients’ needs, histories, and presenting concerns to inform evidence-based treatment planning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on achievable goals and methods of intervention that suit their unique situations.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families concerning mental health issues, coping strategies, and treatment options.

• Advocate for clients’ needs by providing referrals to community resources and services as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultation to enhance professional skills and improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State, with no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse clientele and establish rapport quickly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
