Key responsibilities include providing functional leadership for the global TA organization, driving execution against agreed talent acquisition priorities, supporting process improvement and standardization efforts, and helping ensure recruiting practices align with Acuity policies, governance expectations, and applicable legal guidance. The role will also provide weekly progress updates to the Acuity Project Manager and apply external market perspective and leading practices to support the continued evolution of the Talent Acquisition function.
