Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions for couples and families, while also offering targeted support to each family member during personalized therapy sessions.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job-related stress, and communication difficulties.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records while adhering to all ethical guidelines and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve include adults, children, and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will be working with diverse populations, including blended families navigating remarriages, individuals undergoing separation or divorce, and children grappling with grief and trauma. Qualifications\n

To successfully fulfill the responsibilities of this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
