About Us

For over 50 years, Electric Service Corp. has been a leader in providing Puerto Rico and the Caribbean with fluid handling solutions for commercial, fire protection, municipal and waste water applications, as well as hot water systems, access control systems and specialty electrical and control systems. Services include preventive maintenance, fire pump testing, start-up service, cistern cleaning, water quality analysis, and field or shop repairs. The Electric Service Corp. sales force consists of licensed professional engineers, sales engineers and a sales support staff.

Role Description

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

  • Create and manage reports and invoices in Excel and Quickbook programs.
  • Create customer and supplier accounts and keep your information updated.
  • Enter all data related to contracts, and maintain records updated as necessary.
  • Make all administrative payments related to the office and its procedures.
  • Access SURI, import data related to local sales carriers and monitor compliance with assigned permits.
  • All administrative functions related to the analysis of water and its results.
  • Point of contact between the laboratory and other parties involved.
  • Keep records of tank cleaning and proper maintenance.
  • Manage purchases and inventory of office supplies.
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English preferably
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Quickbook
