Customer Service / Workflow Specialist

Job Responsibilities
Assist customers face-to-face with mobile phone features and troubleshooting.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
Support back-office operations and maintain customer records.
Guide customers on new phone features, settings, and basic technical issues.
Required Skills
24 years of customer service or mobile support experience.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Basic technical knowledge of smartphones and troubleshooting.
Ability to manage both front-desk and back-office tasks efficiently.
