Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Administration Specialist to join a dynamic, fast-paced organization. This individual will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of contracts, partnering closely with business units, legal, and leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant contract execution.

Responsibilities:

Manage the contract administration process end-to-end, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing a wide range of agreements
Review contracts across multiple areas including HR-related agreements, ALAE Claims, Premium Audit, Facilities, Statements of Work, amendments, and vendor/supplier contracts
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, IT, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure proper review and risk mitigation
Maintain and manage the contract repository, database, and indexing systems (including Ariba), ensuring accuracy and compliance
Support the RFP process, including drafting and updating terms and conditions
Assist with more complex agreements such as IT-related license and SaaS agreements
Track and communicate contract status, follow up on outstanding agreements, and respond to internal and external inquiries
Contribute to process improvements, template management, and training of business units on contract procedures

Qualifications:

5+ years of contract administration or contract management experience within a regulated industry
Strong experience reviewing, negotiating, and redlining a wide range of agreements
Familiarity with contract management systems such as Ariba
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to manage high-volume workload and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
