This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys variety in their day, and wants to play a key role in supporting the financial health of a successful organization.If you're looking for a stable position with opportunities to expand your accounting knowledge and grow your career, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Be DoingProcess accounts payable invoices and ensure timely paymentsAssist with accounts receivable activities, cash applications, and collectionsPerform account reconciliations and investigate discrepanciesPrepare and maintain financial records and supporting documentationAssist with month-end and year-end closing activitiesEnter and maintain accurate data within the accounting systemCommunicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding account inquiriesGenerate financial reports and assist with special projects as neededSupport the accounting team with administrative and accounting-related tasksQualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with accounting software or ERP systems preferredStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesPreferred ExperienceAccounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Account ReconciliationsGeneral Ledger SupportJournal EntriesMonth-End Close AssistanceERP Systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hourSearch managed by: Coleman HarrisBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
