Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the needs and goals of clients effectively, utilizing solution-focused strategies to guide treatment planning.

• Implement an array of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in client care.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to foster comprehensive care and support for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
