As an Agent Team Member, you will receive

What you'll do

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, follow-up, and other agency-approved prospecting activities.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Present coverage options, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Identify opportunities to help customers with auto, home, life, and health insurance needs.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Work toward defined daily activity standards and monthly production expectations.

Who succeeds in this role?

• Have experience in a sales-driven environment such as automotive, wireless, banking, financial services, or business-to-business sales.
• Are comfortable initiating conversations with prospective customers.
• Can explain how they have handled objections and closed sales.
• Are self-motivated, coachable, organized, and accountable.
• Enjoy earning additional income through measurable performance.
• Are willing to obtain and maintain required insurance licenses.

This position is with an independent State Farm agent, not directly with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employment terms and benefits are determined by the agency.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
