Senior Specialist - Software Engineering

Skills requiredStrong Scala Java development Skills with add on Testing expertise on Cucumber based framework for Regression and functional testingoExpertise in writing safe concurrent code using Scalas features and libraries eg Akka or ZIOoKnowledge of JVM memory models nonblocking data structures and performance profiling to achieve the low latencyoFamiliarity with integrating Scala with frameworks like Apache Spark or Flink for largescale data processing and analysis within the settlement processoExperience with both SQL and NoSQL databases eg Cassandra MongoDB PostgreSQLExtensive domain background in markets specifically in post trade settlement and developing low latency high throughput settlement platformsAttention to details and extensive testing mindset in driving realtime trading order management market data processing risk management and regulatory reporting
