Join Our Team as a Financial Coordinator at Team Dental!

Team Dental, a trusted name in dental care for over 25 years, is looking for a dedicated Financial Coordinator to join our caring and high-tech General Dentistry practice. What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As our Financial Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations for our practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing patient accounts, including billing, payments, and insurance claims.
- Communicating with patients about their financial options and assisting with payment plans.
- Coordinating with insurance companies to verify benefits and process claims.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with office policies.
- Collaborating with our team to provide exceptional service and support to our patients.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial or administrative role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and team members.
- Proficiency in Dentrix and office tools.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
This position requires availability during the following hours:
- Monday/Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday/Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Two Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
