Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care in individual, family, and group therapy settings.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and targeted interventions, and regularly review client progress.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a continuum of care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, prioritizing client safety and well-being.

• Document all therapy sessions and treatment details clearly, accurately, and promptly, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enrich clients' therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
