Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while maintaining a high level of client interaction through our innovative Telehealth platform. You will also have opportunities for in-person therapy services, thereby engaging directly with clients when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses, and create and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.

• Deliver ongoing documentation, including detailed case notes, treatment plan reviews, and assessments, ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and protocols.
\n
• Maintain a caseload of at least 27 client visits per week to ensure meets community mental health needs effectively.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery, share insights, and contribute actively to the mission of the organization.

• Employ creative therapeutic interventions to help clients attain and exceed their personal goals, thereby enhancing their mental health and quality of life.
\n
• Prepare and submit individual session documentation in a timely manner, adhering to established company guidelines.
\n
• Cooperate with case managers, family members, educational staff, and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.
\n
• Participate in regular clinical staff meetings and training to stay updated on best practices and promote team cohesion.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold an active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Pennsylvania.

• Experience in clinical documentation processes, including assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes, is essential.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and effective client interactions.

• Proficiency in Office 365 and experience with Electronic Health Record systems, particularly Valant, is preferred.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients while exhibiting empathy and support.

• Must clear a background check as a condition of employment.
