Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs by utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews, ensuring an accurate understanding of their challenges.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Provide one-on-one individual therapy to patients, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to facilitate personal growth and resilience.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals through collaborative discussions with clients and continually monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on client progress.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance therapeutic skills, share insights, and contribute to overall team learning and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT you will be working alongside will encounter a diverse population of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, each presenting unique challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma. Your expertise in marriage and family therapy will be essential in helping families navigate complex dynamics and improve their interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Full licensure and credentialing as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado.

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.

• Proficient skills in providing therapeutic services to both adult and youth populations.

• A strong desire to provide high-quality behavioral healthcare within a supportive team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with opportunities for a sign-on bonus to incentivize your commitment to our mission.
