Director of UX & AI Strategy
Prosper
Prosper is seeking a Director of User Experience to be the primary visionary and operational leader for the UX organization in San Francisco. You will shape design strategy, optimize DesignOps, and champion AI-enhanced product experiences while aligning with brand identity and Product initiatives. You will mentor UX Managers, lead organizational growth, and drive a healthy, high-performing design culture across cross-functional teams.
