Payroll Manager

Payroll SpecialistResponsibilities:Processing of payroll for 5000+ employees for multiple entities.Review payroll reports, garnishments, LOAs, wage changes, new hires and terminationsProvide internal customer support to employees for payroll inquiriesAnalyze, prepare, and perform accurate and timely input of data into WorkDayAbility to understand and apply federal and state regulations relating to payroll, labor, and employment tax lawsActive participation in updating, improving, and documenting processes and proceduresSupport HR with orientations, new hire/terminations, FSA/HSA reconciliation and other assigned tasks.Qualifications Include:Interested candidates should possess 10+ years of payroll processing and payroll tax experience.Previous experience working with Ultipro preferred.Working knowledge of Excel and MS officeThe ideal candidate will have a solid math aptitude and strong analytical approach while keeping a close eye on the details.Demonstrates strong customer service skills and work ethic with ability to interact with all level of employeesA motivated individual, who takes the initiative and possesses excellent verbal, written, organizational, and multi-tasking skills is ideal.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 Per YearAll compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
