About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the next phase of growth for its premium hair care brand. The successful candidate will be a strategic and entrepreneurial leader, deeply involved in all aspects of marketing, from strategy and creative direction to campaign development and performance optimization. Key responsibilities include leading an integrated omnichannel marketing strategy across various channels, guiding both agency and internal teams to execute high-performing campaigns, and building strong alignment across marketing, communications, e-commerce, sales, and executive leadership teams. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing role at the company should have a background in prestige beauty or adjacent premium consumer brands, with a focus on fashion. The ideal candidate will possess strong omnichannel marketing expertise and demonstrate a strategic yet hands-on leadership style.
