Assistant Fitness Manager
Salish Kootenai College
The Assistant Manager of Fitness & Wellness supports the daily operations of the college's fitness center and wellness programs while assisting the Athletic Director. The role combines facility management, student engagement, athletic department support, event coordination, safety compliance, and wellness programming. The assistant manager also serves as acting manager when needed and helps advance the college's mission of promoting health, wellness, and student success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in athletic administration, educational administration, or a related field. Two years of intercollegiate athletics administration or collegiate athletic experience. Experience with personnel management, compliance, and operations. Knowledge of AIHEC and Title IX regulations. Experience managing sports or fitness facilities. Fundraising experience and donor relationship development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
