We’re seeking a skilled and experienced paralegal to support our growing legal team. Join our team of 9 other paralegals and 4 legal assistants. If you’re looking to fill an invaluable position at a law firm and love helping others, apply today.

$25 - $32 hourly DOE

• Manages caseloads of several attorneys, calendaring and supporting all deadlines
• Drafts, edits, and redlines legal documents such as contracts, agreements, pleadings, and motions with accuracy and promptness
• E-files with Colorado Courts according to judicial procedures
• Prepares, organizes, stores, and retrieves case documents; maintains meticulously organized client files and detailed records of communications
• Communicates with clients to gather all relevant information and keep them informed
• Supports relationships with clients, co-workers, attorneys, clerks, and others
• Other duties as assigned

• Three years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Proficient understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Colorado Revised Statutes
