Conduct thorough evaluations across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics utilizing both standardized assessments and observational techniques.

Craft personalized treatment strategies focused on both immediate goals and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing requirements.

Implement individualized speech therapy interventions that target communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing challenges.

Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to create a synchronized approach to patient care.

Provide educational support to patients and families to facilitate progression beyond clinical settings.

Support occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions to ensure seamless care continuity throughout treatment.

Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Stay abreast of advancements in the field through ongoing education and cooperative interaction with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be acquired within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods across all age groups, with a thorough understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Capacity to modify therapy approaches to cater to a diverse array of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical insights and effective problem-solving capabilities.

Comfortable navigating electronic medical records and documentation requirements.
