Responsibilities Safely, efficiently and successfully complete mechanical assemblies of industrial valves, actuators and accessories Follow instructions on sales orders and work orders Maintain a healthy and clean work environment Follow company safety production policies and procedures Adapt to change and new situations Have permanent work authorization for the USA Keep a high school diploma or equivalent Have two or more years of experience with manufacturing light assembly Have experience with hand tools (torque wrenches, air impact wrenches) Possess strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe work station Be driven with a sense of responsibility and accountability Work with a strong work ethic Be able to stand for long hours Be able to lift up to 50 pounds Be highly dependable and flexible Have good communication skills within a team environment Read, speak and write English; follow written and verbal instructions Pay attention to detail and precision in work Be available to work overtime hours including Saturdays as needed Preferred Qualifications Previous experience assembling and pressure-testing valves Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams Experience bending stainless steel and/or copper tubing Possess critical thinking skills Legal Statements Equal Opportunity Employer.
