JOB SUMMARY
This position supports Operations Specialist, primarily focusing on the new account opening process for both paper and online applications, stock plan activation, and ongoing account maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
• Review paper and electronic applications to determine good order.
• Manually process applications as needed with speed and accuracy.
• Respond quickly to related Operations and Customer Service inquiries.
• Process all work daily to maintain excellent service levels.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of financial operations experience or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ years' experience with data entry and documentation review.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with DocuSign.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, etc.).
• Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual, able to work independently or as part of a team.
