Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hands‑on Product Development Specialist to support and execute the full product lifecycle from concept to launch across skincare and color cosmetics. This practical, execution‑focused role requires managing day‑to‑day product development processes, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and external vendors, and ensuring products move efficiently from idea to market. Job Description The Product Specialist is responsible for contributing to the product lifecycle, from in‑depth market analysis and competitive research to managing specific product lines through the development cycle. Tasks include collaborating with vendors to ensure product specifications are met and preparing reports on product performance and market trends. Strong understanding of market research methodologies, problem‑solving abilities, and interpersonal skills are essential.
