Job Responsibilities Handle reception duties, answer phones, and greet visitors with professionalism Manage billing, invoicing, and basic accounting functions Coordinate office operations and support management with administrative tasks Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with restaurant documentation requirements Requirements Associate degree in business administration, office management, or related field Experience in at least 2 different administrative roles (receptionist, billing clerk, office assistant, etc.) Strong self-learning abilities and adaptability to new software and processes Excellent organizational and communication skills If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy supporting a team from behind the scenes, apply today!
